Moji League — Privacy Policy

Moji League is operated by Baokohome LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use our mobile app and related online services, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

• The Moji League mobile application for iOS and Android
• Our servers and APIs that power optional online features (for example accounts, matchmaking, leaderboards, friends, and in-app messaging)
• Support communications you send to us

2. Information we process

Information you provide

• Account details such as username, profile emoji or display preferences, and authentication-related data when you create or sign in to an account (including sign-in with third-party providers where offered)
• Content you submit in social or messaging features directed at other users (for example friend requests or direct messages), subject to our Terms of Service and community expectations
• Information you include when you contact support

Information collected automatically

• Gameplay and progression data needed to operate features (for example scores, ratings in online modes, match outcomes, and anti-abuse signals)
• Technical data such as device type, app version, and approximate timestamps, to secure the service, fix bugs, and prevent fraud
• If you enable notifications, a push token so we can deliver notifications you opt into

Local data on your device

Parts of the game can be played offline. Progress and settings may be stored on your device until you delete the app or clear app data.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled, ad partners may process identifiers and technical data to deliver and measure ads, under their own policies and your device privacy settings.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve Moji League (including offline and online modes)
• Maintain accounts, leaderboards, matchmaking, and social features
• Keep the service secure, enforce our policies, and comply with law
• Respond to support requests
• Show ads where applicable

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, bases may include: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security and service quality), consent where required, and legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us host infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, notifications, or ads, under contractual safeguards
• Other users, only as needed for features you use (for example displaying a public profile or match results as designed in the app)
• Authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Retention

We retain account and gameplay-related server data as needed to operate the service and meet legal requirements. Local device data remains until you remove it or uninstall the app. You may request deletion of your account where the app provides an account deletion flow, subject to limited exceptions (for example security or legal holds).

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can adjust notification and tracking settings on your device where available.

8. Children

Moji League is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If data is processed in countries other than your own, we take steps consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date for material changes.
